At Red Door Staging and Design we realize that not every home is the same; therefore, our different services are designed to meet different needs.

Designing to Sell:  Home Staging

Consultation - (includes a report and proposal for services) - We start the process by meeting you at the home, taking pictures and walking through the home to make notes as we assess its marketability.  We then prepare a report to give our recommendations to improve the home for buyers' appeal.  This process starts at the curb and goes through each room.  Our whole focus is on giving recommendations for a higher profit and a faster sale.  This report gives you the opportunity to make the recommended changes yourself or let us handle them for you.  

Hands on Staging (as quoted) - Working from the action plan that we begin in the consultation process, the focus will be to make dramatic transformations to your home with furniture placement, lighting, accessories, and sometimes, cosmetic improvements (wallpaper removal, paint, countertops, carpet, etc).   Each home is unique.  We may simply spend a few hours in your home working with what you have and rearranging and de-cluttering (possibly bringing in accessories), or we may bring in any needed contractors to perform cosmetic, cost-effective updates.  Either way, we work within your budget and timeframe and we make it easy - you only have to deal with us and we will take care of the rest. 

Vacant Home Staging (as quoted) - This service is for the vacant house that needs to feel like a home. Our services help the homebuyer envision himself/herself living there, instead of focusing on the vacant empty details. Our proposal will outline any costs associated with furniture and accessory rental and home staging. 

Follow-Up - Red Door Staging and Design maintains close contact with the homeowner and/or real estate agent throughout the process and is readily available if needed.

Designing to Dwell:  Interior Design Services

Consultation - During the initial consultation, we want to get to know you and your family and your needs.  Once we understand your lifestyle, goals, and style we can recommend the right service for you.  Need help selecting furniture or art?  Tired of the colors in your space?  Need help pulling everything together?  Want to do everything custom or makeover one room on a budget using what you have?  We will offer on-the-spot recommendations and we can determine together how Red Door Staging and Design can best help you.

One Day Room Makeover - We rearrange your existing furniture, lighting, art, accessories...everything!  We will often pull pieces from various rooms to make the room look pulled together and function well.  In one day, your room is beautiful, comfortable, and inviting.

Accessories/Shopping - Do your rooms look good but still need to be "finished"?  We work within your budget and purchase accessories, accent pieces, and artwork that pull your space together.  You keep only what you want.

Custom Interior Decorating - If you want to start with a completely new look, we can help.  We will create a design plan for your room that includes space planning, furniture, window treatments, flooring and rugs, colors, lighting, art, and accessories.  Our services include ordering and placing all purchases.
